Our CEO and Managing Director began his journey as a young apprentice in Accra in the late 1980s, determined to master the craft of automotive repair despite limited resources and significant personal challenges. For years he faced financial strain, long hours, and the physical demands of a workshop environment that tested both his resolve and his health. There were periods when continuing seemed impossible, yet he remained committed to learning every aspect of panel beating, auto spraying, mechanical repair, and electrical diagnostics. That period of unimaginable suffering became the foundation of his work ethic and his belief that quality, honesty, and discipline are non-negotiable in this industry. He completed his apprenticeship not by cutting corners, but by staying late, asking questions, and refusing to deliver anything less than factory-standard work.
